Claire Leveau

Biography:
Claire Leveau is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Dr Vishwa Deep Dixit’s lab in the Comparative Medicine department. She is interested in deciphering the role of nerve-associated macrophages in the adipose tissue in a context of aging and obesity.
Claire obtained her PhD in Immunology in Imagine institute at Paris Descartes University. She was part of the Young Researcher of Imagine Institute (YR2I) association involved in organizing social and scientific events within the institute. She served as Communication Manager and Treasurer.
Claire’s previous experience in this association makes her eager to get involved in YPA and participate to the organization of its events.
