Peng Xu

Biography:

Peng is a Postdoctoral Associate in Dr. Qin Yan’s lab at the Department of Pathology, Yale School of Medicine. His research mainly focuses on identifying druggable targets that are essential for cancer metastasis and developing novel strategies to improve the response to cancer immunotherapy. Peng obtained his Ph.D. degree from the Institutes of Biomedical Sciences of Fudan University, Shanghai, China, and joined Yale Med. in September 2022. As a member of the Mentorship Committee, Peng is committed to building a friendly environment and a fantastic platform for postdocs across disciplines to fit in well and have a wonderful experience at Yale. Peng loves hiking, table tennis, and billiards and is particularly keen on popular science.
