YPA Statement on anti-Asian racism (supported by YBPA and WISAY)

(Supported by Yale Black Postdoctoral Association (YBPA) and Women in Science at Yale (WISAY))

The increasing rise of anti-Asian racism, xenophobia, and violence is unacceptable.

Our hearts go out to those lost in Atlanta, as well as their family and friends, and all others who have been victims of hate crimes.

The Yale Postdoctoral Association stands in solidarity with our fellow Asian American Pacific Islander(AAPI) colleagues, students, and community members.

We are committed to creating a welcome, safe, and inclusive community for all. We urge everyone to take steps to support members of the AAPI community.
