This program matches small groups of postdoc mentees with an industry mentor. Over the course of nine months, postdocs rotate among three different industry mentors, gaining exposure to diverse perspectives, career paths, and professional experiences. Postdocs can use this opportunity to discuss various mentoring and career-related topics with their peers and with their more experienced mentors in a group setting.
