The YPA values Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Yale University and in our community. We have collected resources which we hope can be used as a starting point for thoughtful discussion on promoting and supporting a diverse community. These do not serve as an explicit endorsement by the YPA, but rather a starting point for educating ourselves. Check out the resources below.
