Danielle is the Cullman-Payson Fellow in Academic Affairs and Outreach at the Yale University Art Gallery, where she practices art-based pedagogies and is expanding university-level curricular engagement with the museum’s collections. She completed a PhD in Anthropology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she wrote her dissertation on the making of place on mountain landscapes. She also has a BSc in Chemistry from Brown University, an MA in Chemistry from Harvard University, an SM in Materials Science and Engineering from MIT, and an MEd in Secondary Education from Lesley University. Danielle enjoys hiking, birding, crafting, and cooking delicious vegan food in her free time.
