Jessica Mollick is a Postdoctoral Associate in the Department of Psychiatry where she conducts research in the lab of Dr. Hedy Kober. Her research focuses on learning, decision making and addiction, and she is currently conducting research in humans with cocaine addiction. Further, she focuses on computational neural network models of the basal ganglia, amygdala and dopamine system, as well as value-based decision-making models to understand the effects of addiction on decision-making behavior and reward learning.

Jessica received her B.A in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2010 and her Ph. D in 2018 from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Psychology and Neuroscience. Jessica got involved with the advocacy committee due to an interest in postdoc mental health and wellness and is interested in improving education about mental health. Further, she is interested in promoting wellness and work-life balance in the postdoc and Yale community.
