Symposium Scheduling subcommittee lead

Biography:

Eunate is a postdoctoral fellow in the Laboratory of Dr. Daniel Greif at Yale Cardiovascular Research Center, Yale School of Medicine. Her current research aims to better understand cardiovascular disease development by focusing on elucidating signalling cellular pathways affected in some of these diseases, such as pulmonary hypertension. Eunate obtained her PhD from Complutense University and Biology Research Center (CIB-CSIC) of Madrid, Spain, in 2017, where she studied the TGFbeta signalling pathway and its mutations and modulation in vascular processes and rare diseases such as Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia using in vivo and in vitro models. When not at the lab, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, outdoor sports, reading and travelling. She is always willing to help and looking forward to working with the YPA symposium Committee!
