A fan-favorite event organized for the last time before Team Heidi retires: Yoga with Heidi!
Take a "pawse" on Thursday 09/18! YPA Advocacy Committee alongside YSM Student Mental Health & Wellness welcome postdocs and ARS with all levels of yoga experience to a 60-min yoga session with YSM Wellness Counselor & Yoga Instructor Sundari Birdsall and Heidi, Yale's comfort & therapy dog. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a mat, if you don't have a mat, we will have some to share! Light refreshments will be provided.
