Mobin Alipour

Biography:  

Mobin is a Postdoctoral Associate in the Yale School of Engineering & Applied Science, Department of Mechanical Engineering and Material Science. He earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from TU Wien in September 2021, where he investigated the dynamics of anisotropic particles in turbulent flows, interfacial flows in porous media, and airborne exposure. At Yale, he plans to explore transport phenomena in heterogeneous environments and chaotic flows. Mobin enjoys hiking, reading books, cafés, and nature photography.
