Learn how to market your research, how to position potentially transformative technologies or research, and how to think critically about translating your research to real world problems and solutions.

The exercise could be useful to you or your lab to help improve your ability to attract potential sponsors, collaborators, translational government grants, corporations, entrepreneurs, internships, and job opportunities.

Learn the following skills:

- Positioning: articulate the potential impact of your lab’s research

- Validation: identify and confirm the key application / real world problem

- Use of market research reports

- Writing a marketing summary
