YPA T-shirt and fleece 2017

Great News!

The YPA is once again organizing an order of the ever-popular ‘Yale Postdocs’ t-shirts. We are excited about a couple of improvements we have made! This year we are upgrading the shirts to a softer material with a slightly more fitted look, and we have added the YPA logo to the sleeve.

In addition to the t-shirts, for the first time, we are also offering a Yale Postdoctoral Association softshell fleece with the YPA logo on the lapel. You can see the YPA logo below and examples of the T-shirts and fleece along with their pricing.

How to order:

Using the free money transfer app Venmo (https://venmo.com/), transfer the price of your purchase to Jianyu Wu (Daniel), YPA Treasury Committee coordinator, along with your name, e-mail, phone number, the number and size of the T-shirts and/or fleece you want.

For this order, Jianyu would need to pay $110 (2 fleece x $55).

Important: Send T-shirt and fleece orders separately, and make sure to include the number/size information for both of your T-shirt and/or fleece order(s).

If you are curious about which size is best for you, we recommend you go to the Campus Custom store (57 Broadway) and ask one of the sales associates for T-shirt (Gildan Soft-touch T-shirt) and/or fleece (Port Authority Softshell Fleece) samples to find your proper size.

Adding to, changing or canceling your order:

If you want to purchase more T-shirt(s) and/or fleece, you can make another order and payment before December 31,2017.

If you need to change the size you ordered, please email daniel.wu@yale.edu before December 31, 2017. After this date you are unable to change your order.

You will receive an order confirmation email from Jianyu around January 7, 2018. If you haven’t received a confirmation by then, please email daniel.wu@yale.edu.

Delivery of your T-shirt(s) and/or Fleece:

First Pickup: The YPA will deliver T-shirt(s) and fleece at the YPA Open House event (February 16, 5:30-7:30, Hall of Graduate Studies, 320 York St). We recommend you attend and pick up your T-shirt/fleece. You can also meet other postdocs, enjoy food and drink.

Secondary Pickup: YPA will also stop by medical campus or science hill once during 12:00-2:00PM on either between February 19-23. You will receive further email about location and time from Jianyu.

We recommend you show up by yourself and bring your photo ID, but if you are unable to, we can arrange for a second party to pick your items up for you if you let us know. You will need to sign your name on the delivery sheet before you take your T-shirt(s)/fleece.

Unfortunately, since this is a special order we cannot accept any returns for your T-shirt(s)/fleece, but if there is a major problem do not hesitate to let us know so we can try to fix it!
